About these terms

These terms cover the MM Apex Hub Operational Playbook website, free preview, PDF, MM Apex Hub app, and any operational assessment purchased through this site. By using the site or a purchased product, you agree to these terms. If you purchase for a company, you represent that you have authority to act for that company.

Products and payment

The product, price, and included items are shown on the purchase page and Stripe checkout before payment. Stripe processes checkout payments under its own terms and privacy notice. For help with an order, access, or a refund request, contact MM Apex Hub using the address below. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Digital product return and refund policy

The PDF and interactive app are digital products. Once the PDF has been delivered or app access has been provided, they cannot be returned. Sales of those digital products are final, and we do not offer a return or refund for a change of mind. This policy also applies to the digital products included in a bundle.

If you were charged twice, did not receive what you purchased, cannot access it, or believe there is an error with your order, contact Contact support so we can review and resolve the issue. The $497 bundle also includes a 60-minute assessment; contact us about any scheduling or service issue with that assessment. This policy does not limit any refund or other rights required by applicable law.

Company license and access

The one-time company license has no scheduled expiration and covers the purchasing company's approved employees without a per-employee charge. Access to the interactive app requires an individually approved work email for each employee. The company should request access for its employees and remove access when someone leaves. The license is for that company's internal use only. Do not share access outside the company, copy or repackage the playbook, sublicense it, or resell it.

Individual Personal Command Center license

The $97 Personal Command Center App Package is a separate one-time license for one individual and has no scheduled expiration. Access requires your approved personal or work email. It includes 20 self-guided tools; coaching and the Business Command Center are purchased separately. Do not share access or resell the tools. Career workspace entries are saved to your individual account. Hosting availability and usage limits apply; export backups to retain a copy.

Using the app

Keep access codes private. You are responsible for activity under your approved access and for making lawful use of the materials. One designated owner account per company can save checklist progress, worksheets, finances and planning data online and load them on another device. Other approved employee accounts remain device-only and do not share the owner workspace. Cloud saving requires a connection; check the save status and keep exported backups. Concurrent changes are not automatically merged. Hosting availability and usage limits apply. We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the service, while respecting applicable rights.

Information and assessment

The Playbook provides general business planning tools. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice and does not guarantee a particular business result. A purchased operational assessment is a 60-minute service; scheduling and practical details will be arranged separately with the purchaser.

Changes and contact

We may update the site and these terms. The effective date above will change when we revise these terms. Changes will not retroactively remove a license already purchased. Questions about these terms, purchases, or access: Contact support.
